The consultancy focuses on creating effective strategies that drive business growth, blending traditional and digital methods to help organizations enhance their brand presence and achieve their goals.

Accelerate Founder Kristin Thwaites brings 20 years of experience in Communications and Marketing and has led talented teams, guided top executives, and shaped strategies across Fortune 500 companies and startups.

Kristin started her career at the largest global automaker and went on to work for the Midsize Agency of the Year (PR Week) and Consumer Agency of the Year (Provoke.) She developed award-winning campaigns for major CPG, alcohol beverage, media, technology, and automotive brands.

Driven by innovation and a passion for impactful storytelling, Kristin is dedicated to connecting brands with their audiences in meaningful ways. Her diverse experience and strategic mindset help clients navigate the complexities of a fast-paced market and deliver standout results.

Kristin holds a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Central Florida.
